These terms govern your use of frontir.com. This is currently an informational site about a product we are building — it is not the Frontir platform itself, and nothing on it is an offer of services or investment. By using the site you accept these terms.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Frontir Technologies UK Limited, which trades as Frontir. You can reach us at hello@frontir.com, and our full registered details are at the end of this page.

2. Using the site

You may view the site and register your interest for your own business or personal purposes. You agree not to:

3. Registering your interest

Registering your interest simply adds your email address to a list so we can tell you about our launch. It does not create a contract, reserve a place, or entitle you to any service. We are under no obligation to launch, and any dates or features we mention may change. How we handle your email address is set out in our Privacy Policy.

4. Our content

All content on the site — including text, graphics, logos, the Frontir name and mark, and the design and code of the site itself — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You may read it, and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, adapt or use it commercially without our written permission.

5. Accuracy and availability

We describe a product under development, so the site is necessarily forward-looking. We make no promise that the content is complete, current or free from error, and we may change it at any time. We do not guarantee that the site will be available uninterrupted or fault-free.

Nothing on this site is legal, cyber security, insurance or financial advice, and it should not be relied on as such. It is not an offer or invitation to acquire securities in Frontir Technologies UK Limited or any group company.

6. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties and representations to the fullest extent permitted by law, and we will not be liable to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site.

If you are a consumer, you have statutory rights that these terms do not affect.

7. Links to other sites

Where the site links to third-party sites, those links are provided for information only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

8. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.

9. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
