Privacy Policy

Last updated 6 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Frontir collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep the site deliberately light on data collection: an email address, and optionally your name and company.

1. Who we are

Frontir is a trading name of Frontir Technologies UK Limited (“Frontir”, “we”, “us”), which is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Our full registered details are at the end of this page.

2. The data we collect

Information you give us. If you register your interest, we collect the email address you enter. You may also give us your name and your company, both of which are optional — an email address alone is enough to register, and leaving the other fields blank makes no difference to what you receive.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request and the time of the request. This is used to serve the site securely and to diagnose faults. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not build visitor profiles. Our Cookie Policy sets out the detail.

We do not knowingly collect any special category data, and the site is not directed at children.

3. Why we use it, and our lawful basis

PurposeLawful basis
Sending you a confirmation that we have received your registration Consent — given when you submit the form
Sending you occasional updates about Frontir’s launch and product Consent — you may withdraw it at any time
Operating, securing and troubleshooting the website Legitimate interests — running a functioning, secure site
Keeping records needed to demonstrate compliance Legal obligation

We will not sell your data, and we will not pass it to third parties for their own marketing.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only with the following categories of recipient:

If you would like more information about how we process personal data, email hello@frontir.com.

5. International transfers

Some of our service providers are based outside the UK, including in the United States, so your email address may be transferred internationally. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or another safeguard permitted under UK data protection law, so that your data continues to receive an equivalent level of protection.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it, or until we decide we no longer need it for the purpose you gave it — whichever comes first. If we have not launched or contacted you within 24 months of your registration, we will delete it. Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider and then deleted or aggregated.

7. Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email hello@frontir.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge. Every email we send also carries a one-click way to unsubscribe.

8. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS, and access to registration data is limited to the people at Frontir who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the small amount of data we hold.

10. Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our data practices change — for example, if we add analytics or start collecting more than an email address. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
